[Job Responsibilities]: 1. Responsible for the process development of the company's new products and formulating technical specifications for new products; 2. Responsible for the process development of new technologies for the company, evaluating and verifying equipment and materials, and developing processes compatible with the equipment; 3. Lead the improvement of the company's product performance, and coordinate with the raw material side on improvement directions or with the customer side on improvement needs. [Job Requirements]: 1. Master's degree or above, majoring in semiconductor, physics, chemistry, materials or related fields; 2. CET-6 or above, with excellent English reading and writing skills (mandatory requirement); 3.
